Deposit Usage and Calculation

• Purpose: This deposit is used to reserve the specified date and vehicle. After successful payment, we will confirm the itinerary details (date/time, pick-up and drop-off location or flight, expected route and stops, number of passengers and luggage, etc.) via WhatsApp.
• Calculation method: calculated as "daily × per vehicle".

1. 1. Deposit per unit : HKD (Deposit amount per vehicle per day) .
   2. Purchase quantity = Trip days × Number of vehicles
   3. Example : 3-day itinerary, 1 vehicle → Quantity 3; 2-day itinerary, 2 vehicles → Quantity 4.
      

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies

• Rescheduled:
  • If you notify us more than 7 days before departure : you can reschedule once free of charge (subject to the train schedule).
  • If you notify us less than 7 days before departure : a rescheduling fee of HKD 100 will be charged.
  • If the request is made within 48 hours of departure , rescheduling will not be accepted.
• Cancellation: Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled at any time.
  • If you notify us more than 7 days before departure : 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • If you are notified less than 7 days before departure : the deposit is non-refundable .
  • If the order involves multiple days or multiple vehicles, the refund will be calculated on a per-vehicle-per-day basis.
• Force majeure: In case of severe weather, major flight disruptions, etc., our store will do its best to assist in rescheduling, but the actual feasibility of the rescheduling shall prevail.
