Thai Shopping & Hong Kong Delivery FAQ
Thai personal shopping at Juno & Me Thailand is handled by Juno in Thailand Limited, a Hong Kong-registered company. Physical products are currently delivered to Hong Kong only. Private cars, join-in tours and tickets are travel booking services, separate from airfreight shopping orders.
When are the order cutoffs and expected arrival?
We consolidate orders and purchase goods on the 15th and 30th of each month, then send them by air from Thailand to Hong Kong. Arrival is expected about two weeks after the cutoff, rather than two weeks after placing your order. Supplier availability, flights and customs clearance may affect the arrival date.
How much is Hong Kong delivery? When is it free?
Local delivery uses SF Express freight collect. Orders of HK$800 or more qualify for free delivery to an SF pickup point or locker only when a valid pickup point or locker code is supplied. Without a valid code, the order defaults to SF freight collect. Delivery that does not qualify for free shipping is generally around HK$25; the final charge depends on SF weight, dimensions and service.
How do I provide an SF pickup point or locker code?
Enter a valid code in your order notes and check the recipient name and phone number. If you cannot enter it, contact us before dispatch and quote your order number. Without a valid code, your order defaults to SF freight collect.
Does being able to order mean the item is in Hong Kong stock?
No. Personal shopping items follow the cutoff and purchasing schedule above. Coffee choices, packaging and availability depend on the brand or supplier. If a selected item is unavailable, we will contact you to confirm the next steps.
How do I choose beans, drip bags or capsules?
Beans require suitable brewing equipment; drip bags can be brewed with hot water; capsules must match your machine system. Check the actual coffee, weight, roast and flavour options on each product page.

Can physical products be delivered outside Hong Kong?
Physical shopping products are currently delivered to Hong Kong only. Overseas travellers can book Thailand car and travel services available in their selected market. Our company coordinates bookings; third-party partner teams deliver the actual travel services.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us first with your order number and photos, then follow the support team's instructions. Do not return items without contacting us. See our refund policy and shipping policy.
